Reproduction orders by you (artists / agent) across all platforms, mediums or substrates of that single order acknowledge permission to reproduce said image(s) as owner or agent of owner of said image(s). Written proof of ownership may be required upon request. Googleplex Collectables LLC will be bound by all U.S. Copyright & Trademark law.

 

The Artist reserves all rights protected under the United States Copyright Act in all Artwork. The reproduction of a given Artwork does not include any assignment, transfer or license to the right to reproduce, modify or create derivative works of any Artwork, unless such right is expressly granted in writing (order) by the Artist with the exception of simple display / use by us to promote our services to others.

NOTE TO RECIPIENT:

 

Files submitted are requested to be High-Resolution JPEG files for Signature output & many other products as well. In all other cases Adobe .pdf saved / created as PRESS QUALITY should be submitted. Art submitted in other formats may be subjected to a $5.00 handling charge for conversation. SIGNITURE Products need .125 bleed. Please ask before any order. All output will respect the creative process and scale to fit & never presume to crop. Some standard products require bleed (.25"). Signature products have Flat Rate Next Day delivery within the US. All other products shipping is est. Final shipping cost will be available once weight of shipment & time required to fulfill within your requested timeline can be generated.

Replacement Request:

 

Please let us know that your order arrived safety, and that there are no issues that need to be addressed. We

ask if there are any issues that this be done shorty after delivery (before 2pm) so if you need a reprint /

replacement is required you can have it possibly the next business day (typically). If we have not heard from

you with regards to any issue after 48 hours of delivery, you have waived any reprint rights. Due to the

unfortunate misuse of clients to replaces product outside of shipping we will strictly hold to this policy. Please

review shipment carefully and in timely manner to protect your order.
