Simple too. Once we have your art and your email order we will invoice you via Square. Pay your invoice and the Oompa Loompas begin!

How to set up my files?

Dots per Inch (DPI): We recommend that you set up your files with a minimum of 300dpi to ensure that your files print clearly without pixilation.

Signature Print Size: All files should be sized to your FINISHED output print size requested (with an added .125" bleed. Example 11x17 finished size should be submitted 11.125" x 17.125" ).

Signature Print Formats: Hi-res / press ready / flattened  .jpeg is the BEST PRACTICE for Signature prints. We can accept PDF files as well. Any other formats will be converted for a $5.00 system work fee.

File Size: All files should be sized to your FINISHED output print size requested with bleed (different products may have different requirements, ask for specifications or templates).

File Formats: Adobe PDF (Hi-res / press ready / flattened) is simply the BEST PRACTICE & way to go both for your Art & our process. Files submitted other than PDF / JPEG will incur and $5.00 conversation fee.

Color Format: What color mode should my files be? We recommend that you set up your files in CMYK color format. If you send us an RGB file, there is a chance that a color shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with your job. You should always start and finish your designs in CMYK color mode.

Full Bleed Printing: Full bleed printing is when your design prints to the edge of the printed piece. When setting up a file for full bleed printing (OTHER THAN SIGNATURE), the file size needs to be 0.25" larger than the cut size. For example, a 4"x6" postcard should be setup with a file size of 4.25"x6.25". You will also need to make sure that all critical text and design elements are moved at least 0.25" from each edge to avoid being cut into or trimmed off during the printing and cutting process.

Bleed must extend past the cut-line and will be trimmed from the product during the final cutting phase. When the image is required to extend all the way to the edge, bleed is needed to preserve the finished look and the quality of the final product.

Please keep all text at least 0.125" inside the cut-line.

- The bleed for Standard Products is 0.125".
- The bleed for Booklets and Presentation Folders is 0.25".

We recommend using our templates at all times.
